La artista Inga Ivanova (San Petersburgo. Rusia, 1980),
residente en Madrid y casada con el
escultor Héctor Delgado, estudió Bellas Artes en su ciudad natal y se
especializó en la docencia de artes plásticas para niños. Sus esculturas y
relieves en papel y cartón son de una gran belleza.
Ivanova ha expuesto sus trabajos en diversos foros
madrileños como San Lorenzo de El Escorial, Valdemorillo, Las Rozas y otros.
Ella misma da cuenta de su trayectoria en este texto en inglés:
“My artist life
becomes from very early age, since I saw
a piece of paper Ii decide to do something from it.
My cultural education from the primaries schools make
me to have a big capacity and knowledge
of expression art in many levels…..every level gives you the change to grow up
like a person at the same time like a student.
The Union Soviet Education system support the students
in many ways for give that formation……education art schools, academies of art and art universities……every one with
their particular way of teaching.
The Russian generation from long time ago has this art
influence education, giving the opportunity of all of them learnt-enjoy and
develop in many directions, made it fortunate
population.

My city Sant Petesburgo it is one of the most beautiful-complete
and interesting cities about culture and art in the world.
In period of the zars the city of Saint Petersburg becomes one of the most complete city in art-design
–investigation-architectural and art museums compare at European level .
Giving to us the opportunity to have and enjoy art in
many ways: from school, from the street and from the museums.
At the same time my formation give me the opportunity
to teache in different art schools and university art design. Also to create my
own personal studio-creation paper and theater of shadows.
My way of create became observing and creative at the
same time forms –drawings and ideas in a very directely and natural method.
Art is a personal expression, it becomes from inside
of us by our knowledge-feelings and natural way express things (drawings-songs-design-sculptures-writings
and theater).
By this way I create my own way of understanding
paper-to found the significant of the
materials, creative paper something magic.
A pick up a piece, a pick up another a union, I
create…….
Piece by piece that is the matter what- becomes a
forma-a figure with a very natural way of appear with out a tidy form.
The most important create art without any worries
about how the form must be….only free, expressive and strong impact creation.
My way of see things are very simple by the way how I
treat the material-paper…….because I complicate more myself in express my
knowledge and feelings…..what is the most important thing about my personality
creative art…….
Also I try to give and understand able movement in art
paper-how, is very easy to explain.
By shadows and light, only to mostrate the part with
has interesting way of understanding straight way form, the movement it becomes
alone.
By a serie of figures you can create movement also, one
to the other with only one propose -a composition-a story…….
In the oldest period theater it was made by the
process, giving the opportunity to tell stories about that period, also to
mostrate the strong drawing of the artists and his or her imagination……
I used similar method but I introduced my personal and
interesting drawings-my magic stories and my surrealistic feelings…..
All together and with the elements of light and
shadows I create a magic theater of paper for motive again the illusion of the
children, young and old….
So this is a little of my life, mi professional
experience as artist and my influences of a Russian woman creator”.
